Desired Industry Experience:
- Mining & Resources industry experience is highly preferred
- Autonomous vehicle systems
- Automotive industry experience in automation and integration
- Experience with automation and environment reliability improvement initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Basic understanding of software integration in simulated and hardware-in-the-loop environments
- Familiarity with Git, issue tracking systems, and CI/CD tools
- Basic scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Proficient in C++ and C#
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and resolve complex technical issues
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a site-based or on-site integration environment
- This is a site-based role requiring an 8/6 roster
- Ability to support cross-functional teams and external development groups
- Focus on documentation clarity and stakeholder communication
