About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Pre-Commissioning Supervisor to join a major industrial project in the Pilbara.
This is a site-based FIFO role where you’ll lead electrical pre-commissioning and CSU activities, supporting commissioning, startup and system handover across large-scale infrastructure and materials handling assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical pre-commissioning activities
- Support commissioning and startup (CSU) execution
- Coordinate walkdowns, testing and system turnover
- Manage subcontractors and drive safe, efficient delivery
- Prepare and review work packs and test documentation
- Monitor and verify ITRs, testing and quality compliance
- Support material tracking and site coordination
- Ensure alignment with safety, quality and schedule requirements
- Experience as an Electrical Supervisor on FIFO projects
- Strong background in pre-commissioning, commissioning or CSU
- Experience in mining or heavy industrial projects
- Ability to lead teams in fast-paced site environments
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and site execution
- Strong focus on safety, quality and delivery
- Work on a large-scale Pilbara project
- Strong leadership role with hands-on site involvement
- FIFO 2:1 roster with consistent project pipeline
