The Role
We’re looking for an experienced E&I Supervisor to lead site-based electrical and instrumentation works on a complex construction project. You’ll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safe delivery, and keeping works aligned with schedule and quality expectations.
This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with engineers, supervisors, and site teams in a fast-paced EPCM environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical & instrumentation subcontractors on site
- Monitor construction schedules, resources, and work progress
- Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Drive site safety, quality, and compliance to WHS and WA electrical requirements
- Support field engineers and trades with technical guidance and problem solving
- Liaise with design teams and contractors to resolve constructability issues
- Schedule 26 Statutory Electrical Supervisor qualification
- Strong knowledge of WA Electrical Safety Regulations and WHS legislation
- Proven experience supervising works in a construction or EPCM environment
- Background in multi-discipline projects (mining, infrastructure or energy)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage subcontractors effectively
- Solid understanding of critical risk management and site safety systems
- FIFO 2:1 roster from within Australia
