We’re seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join a high-performing team delivering large-scale transmission infrastructure works. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive site performance, safety, and delivery outcomes across complex construction activities.

You’ll take ownership of on-site construction activities, coordinating crews and subcontractors while ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
- Supervise daily construction activities across multiple work fronts
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors
- Drive productivity, schedule adherence, and quality outcomes
- Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site safety engagement
- Conduct inspections and verify completed works
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery
- Build strong working relationships across site and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor on infrastructure or major projects
- Background in transmission lines, utilities, or heavy civil construction highly regarded
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Solid understanding of construction processes, quality, and controls
- Confident managing teams, priorities, and site pressures
