Lead the delivery of critical concrete works on a major industrial project An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join a major industrial development in North Queensland.
Reporting into the Construction leadership team, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of a significant concrete and civil construction package within a technically complex project environment.
Working on a FIFO 2:1 roster, you will provide leadership across contractors and direct-hire personnel, ensuring construction activities are executed in accordance with project safety, quality and schedule requirements.
The Opportunity This position will see you take ownership of concrete construction activities from planning through execution, coordinating multiple stakeholders to drive project outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and performance.

- Liaise with engineers, contractors, client representatives and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all project and regulatory requirements
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- 15+ years' experience delivering civil and concrete construction projects within industrial, mining, energy, infrastructure or heavy industry environments
- Experience working for major contractors, EPC/EPCM organisations or project management consultancies
- Strong knowledge of large-scale bulk earthworks, excavation and foundation construction
- Proven experience managing major reinforced concrete pours and equipment foundations
- Thorough understanding of applicable construction standards, specifications and safety requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
- Experience with complex formwork systems and installation methodologies
