Are you an experienced Electrical Superintendent or Construction Lead looking to step into a true owner's team role? Working on a major construction project in Western Australia, you'll be the key electrical representative in the field, providing oversight of EPCM and contractor activities while ensuring electrical works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project objectives. Rather than managing trades directly, you'll focus on governance, contractor performance, stakeholder engagement and project outcomes.

As the Construction Electrical Lead, you'll provide senior-level oversight of electrical construction works across multiple work fronts, ensuring contractors deliver safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements. You'll be a highly visible presence on site, monitoring progress, managing interfaces, identifying risks and driving solutions to keep the project moving forward.
You will work closely with construction, engineering and commissioning teams to coordinate activities, support commissioning readiness and ensure electrical systems transition smoothly from construction through to energisation and handover.
This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise while influencing safety, quality, schedule and contractor performance at a strategic level.

Experience within owner-side, client-side or EPCM environments will be highly regarded, along with exposure to HV/LV infrastructure, substations, commissioning and major project delivery.
To succeed in this role, you'll possess:
- An electrical trade or recognised electrical qualification.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale electrical construction activities.
- Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, electrical safety and energisation processes.
- Experience working through construction, testing, completion and handover phases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and contractor engagement skills.
- The ability to identify risks early and drive practical solutions in a complex project environment.
