Completions Coordinator | Pilbara FIFO | 2:1 Roster Get on site with a major decarbonisation project for one of Australia's biggest resource companies.

We're looking for an experienced Completions Coordinator to embed within a high-profile Major Projects team driving real zero emissions across mining, port, rail and infrastructure operations in WA.

This is a FIFO contractor-engagement role operating a 2:1 roster(2 weeks on / 1 week off).

What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinating systems completion (SC), commissioning and handover activities — aligning milestones, schedules and deliverables
  • Managing and maintaining Completion Management System (CMS) data, user access, checksheets, certificates and systemisation hierarchy
  • Producing regular and ad-hoc status reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Driving SC and commissioning activities including walkdowns, inspections, energisation notices, checksheet completion and punch list close-out
  • Reviewing and approving certificate dossiers from fabrication through to final handover
  • Liaising with project teams, vendors and contractors to keep delivery on track
  • Organising on-site contractor support, equipment procurement and logistics
  • Championing safe work practices and environmental protection at all times
What You'll Need
  • 3+ years' experience in a Completions Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of System Completion processes, documentation and workflows
  • Superuser or administrator experience with a major CMS platform
  • Strong Excel and/or database skills
  • Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environments
What'll Set You Apart
  • Experience on large-scale mining or energy sector projects
  • Technical, trade or discipline background
  • Hands-on experience with Omega PIMS
  • A knack for identifying efficiencies and optimising project workflows
