Technical Resources is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a major resources construction project in Far North Queensland. This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role on a significant earthworks package, overseeing critical early works and civil infrastructure in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster, you'll lead site crews and subcontractors across a range of bulk earthworks activities while helping drive safety, productivity and project performance from the front line.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading day-to-day site operations across bulk earthworks and civil works packages
- Supervising subcontractors, plant operators and field personnel
- Coordinating works across access roads, haul roads, drainage and supporting infrastructure
- Driving safety performance through pre-starts, toolbox talks and frontline leadership
- Monitoring productivity, progress and construction outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards
- Reporting progress and identifying opportunities to improve delivery outcomes
You will bring:
- 10+ years' experience supervising civil construction projects
- Strong bulk earthworks experience on mining, resources or major infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of haul roads, drainage, cut and fill operations, and erosion and sediment control works
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in challenging greenfield environments
- White Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Current Manual Driver's Licensee
