- Join a high-performing infrastructure and studies team delivering major mining and energy projects
- Work across a diverse portfolio of large-scale studies and project phases
- Gain exposure from early scoping through to execution
- Develop and deliver comprehensive civil drawing packages across infrastructure projects
- Prepare and produce drawings using:
- Bentley MicroStation
- Set up and manage drawing environments, including:
- File structures
- Reference files
- Models and registers
- Produce coordinated drawing sets, including:
- General arrangements
- Earthworks and levels
- Drainage layouts
- Pavements and surfacing
- Services layouts
- Long and cross sections
- Detailed design drawings
- Maintain drawing registers, numbering, and revisions
- Ensure compliance with project drafting standards and design criteria
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align deliverables with project schedules
- Manage survey, geospatial, and design reference data
- Support drafting quality and consistency across deliverables
- Contribute to project meetings and design coordination discussions
- 8+ years’ experience in a Senior Civil Drafter (or similar) role
- Strong experience delivering civil infrastructure drawing packages
- High proficiency in Bentley MicroStation
- Proven ability to manage drawing systems, structures, and documentation workflows
- Experience across:
- Roads
- Drainage
- Earthworks
- Pavements
- Utilities and non-process infrastructure
- Ability to interpret:
- Engineering mark-ups
- Design models
- Technical specifications
- Exposure to BIM, 12d Model, or 3D environments
- Experience in mining or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with survey and geospatial data integration
- Relevant drafting or civil engineering qualification
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Strong communication across multidisciplinary teams
