- Liaise with engineers, consultants and operational stakeholders
- Drive project outcomes while maintaining high safety standards
- Previous experience in a Coordinator, Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Experience managing contractors in mining, construction or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices
- Civil construction and/or infrastructure project experience
- Capital project delivery experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using project management and computer systems
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
- Restricted Quarry Manager certification
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
- Local to Worsley
