Join a respected engineering consultancy delivering civil infrastructure and land development projects across Perth and regional Western Australia. With a strong pipeline of work and continued business growth, we're seeking an experienced Civil Contract Superintendent to play a key role in overseeing construction delivery and quality outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects.

This is a Perth-based position offering a combination of site exposure, autonomy and long-term career development within a collaborative engineering environment.

The Opportunity
Acting as the Superintendent's Representative, you will work closely with contractors, developers and project stakeholders to ensure construction works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.

The role is predominantly site-based, providing hands-on involvement across multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with project teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections and surveillance activities
  • Monitor contractor performance and compliance
  • Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
  • Identify and report defects, non-conformances and construction issues
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients and project stakeholders
  • Prepare inspection reports and construction records
  • Support contract administration and project delivery activities
  • Promote and maintain safe work practices on site
About You You will bring:
  • Experience across civil infrastructure, land development or construction projects
  • Previous Superintendent, Superintendent's Representative, Site Supervisor or Inspector experience
  • Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple project locations
  • Current WA Driver's Licence

  • Water Corporation project experience
  • Utilities infrastructure project exposure
  • Civil contractor background
  • Land development project experience
  • Civil engineering qualifications
