Caitlin joined TR in 2025 as WHS & Compliance Coordinator and brings five years of experience in Health and Safety across the Engineering and Resources sectors.
She plays a key role in supporting a safe and compliant working environment, working closely with both contractors and clients to ensure WHS standards are met across all engagements.
Caitlin particularly enjoys being part of an organisation that genuinely values its people and fosters a supportive work environment, and has developed a strong appreciation for the level of interaction her role brings with contractors and clients.
Outside of work, Caitlin spends time with her partner, toddler and two dogs, and enjoys catching up with friends. Originally from New Zealand, she still calls it her favourite place to visit.
