Caitlin joined the business in January 2007 and has been a driving force behind our operational success ever since. In her most recent role as Operations Manager, she led our operations division with distinction—overseeing finance, IT, risk, HR, legal, training, policy development, and project management.
Her journey with Technical Resources began in recruitment, where she built a strong foundation in people and performance. After returning to work part-time following the birth of her two children, Caitlin embraced a new challenge in operations leadership. Her ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution has been instrumental in shaping the business we are today.
Caitlin is deeply motivated by creating a more efficient, productive, and goal-oriented organisation. Her leadership style is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Caitlin is the youngest child of Maureen and Nick Iustini, and has been married to Dean since 2013. Together, they are proud parents to Theodore and Calista.
