We will include with your contract paperwork a Host Employer Induction Checklist & Acknowledgment Form (complete after the client company induction and return to Technical Resources) also The Technical Resources Induction Acknowledgment Form to be completed and returned to us. This is a requirement of WorkSafe WA.
