Technical Resources Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and managed engineering recruitment consultancy specialising in the engineering industry with a focus on the mining and oil & gas sectors.

Since its inception in Perth 1990, Technical Resources has been involved in many of Australia 's most significant resource and infrastructure projects. To enable us to further service our national clients Technical Resources has established a network of three offices across the country in Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne.

Through our dedication to quality of service and desire to add value to our clients' business we have grown to be one of the largest specialist engineering recruitment consultancies in Australia.

The success of Technical Resources is based upon its ability to build lasting and long term relationships with both our client and contractor base.

Technical Resources supply people on both a staff and contract basis within all disciplines in engineering and drafting, supervisors/inspectors, project services/controls, safety/environment and clerical/administration.

The company is a corporate member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and is involved with the Association at all levels.

Technical Resources' recruitment philosophy has always been to treat our candidates as our clients. We maintain a very up to date database filled with only relevant people. We keep faith with this database by keeping in constant contact with them and keeping them abreast of opportunities.

Technical Resources' preferred method of recruitment is through networking and referral and although we utilise print and web based advertising we understand that these methods can be just as easily be utilised by our clients. We look to add value to the recruitment process by tracking down the sought after, hard to find candidates.
